Die Andrew W. Mellon Foundation ist landesweit der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Unterst\u00fctzer der Kunst und Geisteswissenschaften<\/em><\/strong>. Seit 1969 l\u00e4sst sich die Stiftung von ihrer Grund\u00fcberzeugung leiten, dass die Geisteswissenschaften und K\u00fcnste f\u00fcr das menschliche Verst\u00e4ndnis von wesentlicher Bedeutung sind.
