Vielleicht k\u00f6nnte einer f\u00fchren und der andere unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Team der Festival-Koordinatoren wird aus qualifizierten Moderatoren mit Erfahrung in der Koordination innerhalb eines selbstorganisierten Systems bestehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir gehen davon aus, dass diese Position stundenweise verg\u00fctet wird <a href=\"https:\/\/perma.earth\/de\/equitable-wage-guide\/\">gerechter Lohnsatz<\/a> und wird in den n\u00e4chsten Monaten von Mitte Februar bis Mitte Oktober etwa 20 Stunden Zeit in Anspruch nehmen. Das Gesamtbudget f\u00fcr beide Aufgaben betr\u00e4gt maximal 1000 GBP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Stellen werden bis zum Ende des Emergent Festivals aktiv sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Halten Sie das Festival p\u00fcnktlich und im Budget<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verwaltung von Verwaltungsaufgaben in CoBudget \/ Slack - eine entsprechende Schulung wird angeboten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kommunikation managen &amp; Festival Rockstars &amp; Ravers aktiv zur Teilnahme bewegen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spa\u00dfige Festivalveranstaltungen innerhalb der vorgegebenen Zeitpl\u00e4ne durchf\u00fchren \u2013 siehe Zeitplan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feedback zur Festivalgestaltung f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Verbesserungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abschluss der viertelj\u00e4hrlichen und Projektendberichte gem\u00e4\u00df anderen \"Next Steps\"-Projekten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutze Leantime, um Aufgaben und Arbeitsstunden zu verfolgen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit zwei Personen in diesem Team ergeben sich M\u00f6glichkeiten zur gemeinsamen Gestaltung von Veranstaltungen und zur bedarfsgerechten Aufgabenverteilung innerhalb der Crew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Projektleiter wird f\u00fcr Unterst\u00fctzung und Einf\u00fchrungsschulung zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen.
