Diese Kurse werden als offene On-Demand-Lernressourcen ohne Kosten f\u00fcr die Lernenden zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um dies in die Tat umzusetzen, suchen wir einen <strong>Digitaler Illustrator (nur von Menschen geschaffene Arbeiten, keine KI-generierte Kunst)<\/strong> f\u00fcr unser E-Learning-Team.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ihre Rolle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sie werden die Funktion des <strong>visueller Orchestrator<\/strong> unserer Kursmodule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Designteam wird den Inhalt des Moduls entwickeln und strukturieren. Sie werden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Umsetzung des Lehrplans in koh\u00e4rente visuelle Lerninhalte und Design-Spezifikationen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erstellen von originellen Diagrammen, Illustrationen, visuellen Lernmaterialien und Layout-Elementen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unterst\u00fctzung von Klarheit, Zug\u00e4nglichkeit und Koh\u00e4renz im gesamten E-Learning-Angebot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Designteam, um die Bereitstellung auf der Plattform abzuschlie\u00dfen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sie werden zu einem Teammitglied, das zu diesem Bildungsprogramm beitr\u00e4gt.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selbstverpflichtung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zusammenarbeit aus der Ferne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen, wenn dies gew\u00fcnscht wird (in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit der CoLab-Rechenschaftspolitik), nachmittags und abends in CET, Montag bis Freitag<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00e4higkeit, sich f\u00fcr die breitere 3-Jahres-Vision der modularen PDC-Entwicklung einzusetzen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gesch\u00e4tzte Kapazit\u00e4t: ca. <strong>25% des zugewiesenen Projektbudgets c. 1500 GBP p\/y bezahlt pro Stunde zu Ihrem angemessenen Lohnsatz: https:\/\/perma.earth\/equitable-wage-guide\/<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Design-Team ist derzeit f\u00fcr strukturierte Build-Sitzungen zweimal w\u00f6chentlich donnerstags und freitags w\u00e4hrend der anf\u00e4nglichen Entwicklungsphase vorgesehen. Ihr Engagement wird sich an den Modul\u00fcbergabezyklen orientieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wir sind auf der Suche nach<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Starkes Portfolio an digitalen Illustrationen (Erfahrung im Bereich Bildung oder Systemdenken bevorzugt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00e4higkeit, \u00f6kologische und relationale Konzepte visuell zu vermitteln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Komfortables Arbeiten in kollaborativen, auf Werte ausgerichteten Teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verpflichtung auf die Grunds\u00e4tze der Lohngleichheit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interesse am Aufbau eines langfristigen \u00d6kosystems anstelle von kurzfristiger Gig-Arbeit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bevorzugt: Jemand, der an einem oder mehreren Permakultur-Design-Zertifikaten teilgenommen hat und zuvor Permakultur-Design-Arbeiten durchgef\u00fchrt hat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Muss<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bewerber m\u00fcssen CoLab-Mitglieder sein.
