{"id":8868,"date":"2026-03-17T21:13:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-17T21:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/perma.earth\/?p=8868"},"modified":"2026-03-17T21:13:02","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T21:13:02","slug":"recruiting-emergent-festival-coodinators","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/perma.earth\/de\/recruiting-emergent-festival-coodinators\/","title":{"rendered":"Recruiting \u2013 Koordinator:innen f\u00fcr das Emergent Festival"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Das International Permaculture CoLab sucht aktiv nach 2 Personen f\u00fcr das Emergent Festival innerhalb des <a href=\"https:\/\/opencollective.com\/grow-project\">GROW Projekt.<\/a> Vielleicht k\u00f6nnte einer f\u00fchren und der zweite unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Team der Festival-Koordinatoren wird aus qualifizierten Moderatoren mit Erfahrung in der Koordination innerhalb eines selbstorganisierten Systems bestehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir gehen davon aus, dass diese Position stundenweise verg\u00fctet wird <a href=\"https:\/\/perma.earth\/de\/equitable-wage-guide\/\">gerechter Lohnsatz<\/a> und ca. 20 Stunden Zeitaufwand \u00fcber die n\u00e4chsten Monate von Mitte M\u00e4rz bis Ende Oktober erfordern wird. Mit einem maximalen Gesamtbudget f\u00fcr beide Rollen von 1000 GBP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Stellen werden bis zum Ende des Emergent Festivals aktiv sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/community.perma.earth\/t\/recruiting-emergent-festival-coordinators\/1533#p-4842-role-responsibilities-1\"><\/a>Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Halten Sie das Festival p\u00fcnktlich und im Budget<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verwaltung von Admin-Aufgaben auf CoBudget \/ Community Space \u2013 Schulung hierf\u00fcr wird angeboten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kommunikation managen &amp; Festival Rockstars &amp; Ravers aktiv zur Teilnahme bewegen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spa\u00dfige Festivalveranstaltungen innerhalb der vorgegebenen Zeitpl\u00e4ne durchf\u00fchren \u2013 siehe Zeitplan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feedback zur Festivalgestaltung f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Verbesserungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abschluss der viertelj\u00e4hrlichen und Projektendberichte gem\u00e4\u00df anderen \"Next Steps\"-Projekten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutze Leantime, um Aufgaben und Arbeitsstunden zu verfolgen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit zwei Personen in diesem Team ergeben sich M\u00f6glichkeiten zur gemeinsamen Gestaltung von Veranstaltungen und zur bedarfsgerechten Aufgabenverteilung innerhalb der Crew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das GROW-Admin-Team steht f\u00fcr Unterst\u00fctzung und Einf\u00fchrungsseminare zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bewerbungen f\u00fcr diese Stelle k\u00f6nnen unten eingereicht werden.
