Siobhan Vida Ashmole und Jyotsna Maan wurden \u00fcber verschiedene Kan\u00e4le f\u00fcr die Teilnahme an \u201cWired Differently: Creating a Team Culture Where All Minds Can Thrive\u201d. Dieser Kurs, der von Lana Jelenjev geleitet wurde, wurde als eine M\u00f6glichkeit angepriesen, mehr integrative R\u00e4ume f\u00fcr neurodiverse Menschen und Teams am Arbeitsplatz zu schaffen. Ich (Siobhan) war von Lanas anf\u00e4nglichem Begr\u00fc\u00dfungs-Webinar so beeindruckt, dass ich einen Artikel f\u00fcr das CoLab \u00fcber meine Erfahrungen schrieb und dann eingeladen wurde, mit einem Stipendium am gesamten Kurs teilzunehmen. Dieser Leitfaden versucht, die wichtigsten Instrumente, Theorien und Praktiken, die im Kurs vermittelt wurden, zusammenzufassen. Er stellt einen Querschnitt der \u2018besten Praktiken\u2019 aus der Praxis dar, die von einer Vielzahl von akademischen, Basis- und Psychologiepraktikern stammen.<\/p>\n

Dies ist nicht mein urspr\u00fcnglicher Gedanke, obwohl ich einen gewissen Kontext bzw. eine Interpretation f\u00fcr selbstorganisierte R\u00e4ume im Sinne der Permakultur-Ethik anbiete. Ich halte dies f\u00fcr wichtig, zumal die Probleme, mit denen wir konfrontiert werden, im Kontext der Systeme auftreten, in denen wir leben.<\/p>\n

Wir hoffen, dass er Sie dazu anregt, einige der beschriebenen Techniken zu erforschen und anzuwenden, um mehr Inklusivit\u00e4t in Ihre eigenen Teams, Ihr Arbeitsleben und Ihre Organisationskultur zu bringen.<\/p>\n
