Das \u201cAPIC Dimensions of Inclusivity Self Assessment\u201d ist ein einseitiges visuelles Bewertungsinstrument des Teams Applied Permaculture in Communities. Es stellt ein acht-dimensionales Radardiagramm (Repr\u00e4sentation, Gerechtigkeit, Partizipation, Macht, Sicherheit, Kommunikation, Lernen, Verantwortlichkeit) dar, in dem Gruppen sowohl ihre \u201cIdeal\/Werte\u201d als auch die \u201cRealit\u00e4t\u201d auf einer Skala von 0-10 bewerten. Die Seite enth\u00e4lt klare Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt-Anleitungen zum Kopieren der Vorlage, zur Bewertung jeder Dimension, zur Eingabe von Daten zur Aktualisierung des Diagramms und zur Nutzung der L\u00fccken zwischen Ideal und Realit\u00e4t zur Identifizierung von priorit\u00e4ren Handlungsbereichen mit Querverweisen zum Hauptleitfaden und zum Ma\u00dfnahmenkatalog.<\/p>\n

CoLab-Teams und Partner k\u00f6nnen dieses Werkzeug zu Beginn von Projekten, w\u00e4hrend \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungen oder bei Treffen nutzen, um schnell zu erfassen, wie inklusiv ihre aktuelle Praxis im Vergleich zu ihren erkl\u00e4rten Werten ist, und um ein gemeinsames Bild von Priorit\u00e4ten ohne lange Umfragen zu erstellen. Es bietet einen einfachen, wiederholbaren Prozess, der in einem einzigen Meeting durchgef\u00fchrt und im Laufe der Zeit wiederholt werden kann, um Ver\u00e4nderungen zu verfolgen. Die breitere Permakultur-Bewegung kann die bearbeitbare Version f\u00fcr Kurse, lokale Knotenpunkte, Lehrzentren und Netzwerke \u00fcbernehmen und anpassen, um blinde Flecken aufzudecken, schwierige Gespr\u00e4che \u00fcber Gerechtigkeit und Macht zu unterst\u00fctzen und die Auswahl konkreter Interventionen aus dem Aktionsleitfaden auf transparente und partizipative Weise zu lenken.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
