CoLab-Arbeitsgruppen, Projektteams und Partner k\u00f6nnen den Leitfaden als gemeinsamen Bezugspunkt nutzen, um ihre derzeitige Praxis zu bewerten, vorrangige L\u00fccken bei der Inklusion zu ermitteln und realistische Experimente auszuw\u00e4hlen, anstatt zu versuchen, \u201calles\u201d auf einmal zu tun. Die Radarbewertung, die Interventionsbewertungen und der Entscheidungsbaum erleichtern es den Teams, sich dar\u00fcber zu verst\u00e4ndigen, wo sie anfangen sollen, Kompromisse transparent zu kommunizieren und das Lernen im Laufe der Zeit zu dokumentieren, was eine robustere interne Kultur und eine sicherere Zusammenarbeit in verteilten Projekten f\u00f6rdert. F\u00fcr die breitere Permakultur-Bewegung bietet der Leitfaden ein offen lizenziertes Toolkit, das abstrakte Verpflichtungen zu F\u00fcrsorge, Gerechtigkeit und Vielfalt in ein umsetzbares Organisationsdesign \u00fcbersetzt.
