{"id":4578,"date":"2023-02-27T14:07:07","date_gmt":"2023-02-27T14:07:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/perma.earth\/?p=4578"},"modified":"2023-09-28T08:53:47","modified_gmt":"2023-09-28T08:53:47","slug":"diversity-stipend-grant-coordinators","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/perma.earth\/es\/diversity-stipend-grant-coordinators\/","title":{"rendered":"Puesto cubierto - Diversity Stipend \/ Grant Coordinators"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El International Permaculture CoLab est\u00e1 buscando activamente nombrar al menos a 2 personas para el Equipo de Subsidios de Diversidad dentro del <a href=\"https:\/\/opencollective.com\/next-steps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pr\u00f3ximos Pasos del Proyecto<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Equipo de la Beca de Diversidad estar\u00e1 formado por personas que idealmente sean elegibles para una beca de diversidad y que tengan inter\u00e9s y motivaci\u00f3n para apoyar proyectos e individuos en este tema de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anticipamos que este puesto ser\u00e1 remunerado por hora en un <a href=\"https:\/\/perma.earth\/es\/equitable-wage-guide\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"3679\">salario equitativo<\/a> y requerir\u00e1 entre 15 y 20 horas de tiempo durante los pr\u00f3ximos meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los puestos estar\u00e1n activos hasta que se agote el Fondo Comunitario de Diversidad y se reabrir\u00e1n al comienzo del a\u00f1o del proyecto nuevamente en febrero, en el segundo y tercer a\u00f1o respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funciones y responsabilidades:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apoyar a los grupos y a las personas para que soliciten una subvenci\u00f3n\/estipendio para la diversidad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revisar las solicitudes para completarlas tras su presentaci\u00f3n en un plazo de 48 horas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reenv\u00edo en las partes p\u00fablicas de las aplicaciones en el <a href=\"https:\/\/pccolab.slack.com\/archives\/C04L8Q5EB26\">1TP5Proyecto de pr\u00f3ximos pasos<\/a> canal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avisar al solicitante de cualquier pregunta aclaratoria u objeci\u00f3n pendiente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enlazar a los solicitantes\/colaboradores exitosos con el gerente de proyecto para su configuraci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Informe a la comunidad en&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/pccolab.slack.com\/archives\/C04L8Q5EB26\">1TP5Proyecto de pr\u00f3ximos pasos<\/a>&nbsp;cualquier problema que surja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proporcionar y transmitir informaci\u00f3n sobre este proceso para mejorarlo.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprometerse a no divulgar las partes privadas de las aplicaciones presentadas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tener 2 personas en este equipo permite una r\u00e1pida respuesta en el proceso, la oportunidad de consultarse mutuamente en caso de que algo no est\u00e9 claro y tambi\u00e9n asegura que se cubran las vacaciones y las bajas por enfermedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gerente de proyecto estar\u00e1 disponible para brindar apoyo y capacitaci\u00f3n de inducci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Autoevaluaci\u00f3n de Elegibilidad para la Beca de Diversidad<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Queremos extender una invitaci\u00f3n a personas que, en principio, estar\u00edan encantadas de trabajar con nosotros, pero que, en la pr\u00e1ctica, se han encontrado con barreras sist\u00e9micas debido a una o m\u00e1s de las razones que se enumeran a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>eres ciudadano del Sur Global&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>se ven afectadas por la discriminaci\u00f3n estructural (es decir, por el racismo, el capacitismo, el clasismo, el edadismo, el sexismo, la transfobia, la homofobia, entre otros)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eres un cuidador \u00fanico y apoyas a ni\u00f1os y\/o otros dependientes con recursos financieros limitados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vivir al d\u00eda o est\u00e1n experimentando inseguridad financiera<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>viven en el pa\u00eds de residencia por debajo del umbral de pobreza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tener una deuda significativa sin ingresos regulares<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recibir asistencia p\u00fablica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>es un anciano con apoyo financiero limitado y ahorros limitados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si est\u00e1 interesado, p\u00f3ngase en contacto con nosotros en <a href=\"mailto:colab@permaculture.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">colab@permaculture.org.uk<\/a> <\/h5>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The International Permaculture CoLab is actively looking to appoint at least 2 people for the Diversity Stipend Team within the Next Steps Project.
