El coordinador trabajar\u00e1 junto con el Gestor de Proyectos de Pr\u00f3ximos Pasos (que recibe su remuneraci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la l\u00ednea presupuestaria de su funci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prevemos que este puesto se pagar\u00e1 por horas con un salario equitativo y requerir\u00e1 entre 15 y 20 horas de trabajo a lo largo de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las plazas estar\u00e1n activas hasta que se agote el Fondo Comunitario para la Diversidad y volver\u00e1n a abrirse al inicio del a\u00f1o del proyecto, el pr\u00f3ximo mes de febrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funciones y responsabilidades<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apoyar a los grupos y a las personas para que soliciten una subvenci\u00f3n\/estipendio para la diversidad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revisar las solicitudes para completarlas tras su presentaci\u00f3n en un plazo de 48 horas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aplicaciones de avance en el canal #next-steps-channel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avisar al solicitante de cualquier pregunta aclaratoria u objeci\u00f3n pendiente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poner en contacto a los solicitantes\/colaboradores seleccionados con el director del proyecto para su puesta en marcha.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Informe a la comunidad en <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pccolab.slack.com\/archives\/C04L8Q5EB26\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1TP5Proyecto de pr\u00f3ximos pasos<\/a> cualquier problema que surja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proporcionar y transmitir informaci\u00f3n sobre este proceso para mejorarlo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprom\u00e9tase a no revelar detalles sobre las circunstancias personales que puedan compartir los solicitantes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El gestor del proyecto Next Steps estar\u00e1 a su disposici\u00f3n para ofrecerle formaci\u00f3n inicial y apoyo continuo.<br>.................................................<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/cloud.perma.earth\/s\/aTaf96fnE22pbsG\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lea aqu\u00ed la Pol\u00edtica comunitaria de diversidad y descolonizaci\u00f3n.<\/a><\/em><\/strong><br><strong><em>Deber\u00e1 <\/em><\/strong><strong><em><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/perma.earth\/es\/onboarding-journey\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">h\u00e1gase socio de colab<\/a><\/em><\/strong><strong><em> si a\u00fan no lo es<\/em><\/strong><br><strong><em>Plazo de solicitud: del 10 al 17 de febrero<\/em><\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The CoLab is recruiting: A Diversity &amp; Decolonization Community Pot Coordinator\u00a0 The Diversity Coordination team will be comprised of at least 1 person (coordinator) who are themselves eligible for a diversity stipend and have interest and motivation to support projects and individuals in this theme of work.
