Quiz\u00e1s uno podr\u00eda liderar y el segundo apoyar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El equipo de coordinadores del festival estar\u00e1 formado por personas que sean facilitadores cualificados con experiencia en la coordinaci\u00f3n dentro de un sistema autoorganizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anticipamos que este puesto ser\u00e1 remunerado por hora en un <a href=\"https:\/\/perma.earth\/es\/equitable-wage-guide\/\">salario equitativo<\/a> y requerir\u00e1 unas 20 horas de tiempo a lo largo de los pr\u00f3ximos meses, desde mediados de febrero hasta mediados de octubre. Con un presupuesto m\u00e1ximo total para ambas funciones de 1000 GBP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los puestos estar\u00e1n activos hasta que finalice el Festival Emergente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funciones y responsabilidades:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mantener el festival en marcha sin contratiempos, a tiempo y sin salirse del presupuesto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gestionar las tareas administrativas en CoBudget \/ Slack - se proporcionar\u00e1 formaci\u00f3n para ello<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gestionar las comunicaciones y ayudar a los Rockstars y Ravers del Festival a participar activamente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizar actos festivos divertidos dentro de los plazos previstos (v\u00e9ase el calendario).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comentarios sobre la organizaci\u00f3n del festival para futuras mejoras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realizaci\u00f3n de informes de seguimiento trimestrales y al final del proyecto, como en otros proyectos de Next Steps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilice Leantime para realizar un seguimiento de las tareas y horas trabajadas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Contar con dos personas en este equipo permite co-dise\u00f1ar eventos y asignar tareas entre la tripulaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan sea necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gestor del proyecto estar\u00e1 disponible para proporcionar apoyo y formaci\u00f3n inicial.
