Con un presupuesto m\u00e1ximo total para ambas funciones de 1000 GBP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los puestos estar\u00e1n activos hasta que finalice el Festival Emergente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/community.perma.earth\/t\/recruiting-emergent-festival-coordinators\/1533#p-4842-role-responsibilities-1\"><\/a>Funciones y responsabilidades:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mantener el festival en marcha sin contratiempos, a tiempo y sin salirse del presupuesto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gestionar las tareas administrativas en CoBudget \/ Espacio comunitario - se proporcionar\u00e1 formaci\u00f3n para ello<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gestionar las comunicaciones y ayudar a los Rockstars y Ravers del Festival a participar activamente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizar actos festivos divertidos dentro de los plazos previstos (v\u00e9ase el calendario).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comentarios sobre la organizaci\u00f3n del festival para futuras mejoras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realizaci\u00f3n de informes de seguimiento trimestrales y al final del proyecto, como en otros proyectos de Next Steps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilice Leantime para realizar un seguimiento de las tareas y horas trabajadas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Contar con dos personas en este equipo permite co-dise\u00f1ar eventos y asignar tareas entre la tripulaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan sea necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El equipo administrativo de GROW estar\u00e1 a su disposici\u00f3n para ofrecerle apoyo y formaci\u00f3n inicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las solicitudes para este puesto pueden enviarse a continuaci\u00f3n, d\u00edganos por qu\u00e9 desea participar, su capacidad y su experiencia en la facilitaci\u00f3n de grupos y la organizaci\u00f3n de eventos, as\u00ed como en el trabajo con Co-Budget y Leantime. <a href=\"https:\/\/community.perma.earth\/t\/about-the-emergent-festival\/316\">Deber\u00e1 poder asistir a todas las fechas y plazos de los eventos del festival emergente que figuran en el calendario, por lo que deber\u00e1 tenerlo en cuenta antes de presentar su solicitud.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presente su solicitud <a href=\"https:\/\/community.perma.earth\/t\/recruiting-emergent-festival-coordinators\/1533\">aqu\u00ed<\/a> entre <strong>18 de marzo<\/strong> <strong>- 25\u00ba aniversario<\/strong>.
