La \u201cAutoevaluaci\u00f3n de Dimensiones de Inclusividad de APIC\u201d es una herramienta de autoevaluaci\u00f3n visual de una p\u00e1gina producida por el equipo de Permacultura Aplicada en Comunidades. Presenta un gr\u00e1fico de radar de ocho dimensiones (Representaci\u00f3n, Equidad, Participaci\u00f3n, Poder, Seguridad, Comunicaci\u00f3n, Aprendizaje, Responsabilidad) donde los grupos califican tanto su \u201cIdeal\/Valores\u201d como su \u201cRealidad\u201d en una escala de 0 a 10. La p\u00e1gina incluye instrucciones claras paso a paso para copiar la plantilla, calificar cada dimensi\u00f3n, ingresar datos para actualizar la tabla y usar las brechas entre el ideal y la realidad para identificar \u00e1reas prioritarias de acci\u00f3n, con referencias cruzadas a la Gu\u00eda de Acci\u00f3n principal y al cat\u00e1logo de intervenciones.<\/p>\n

Los equipos y socios de CoLab pueden usar esta herramienta al inicio de proyectos, durante revisiones o en retiros, para mapear r\u00e1pidamente cu\u00e1n inclusiva se percibe su pr\u00e1ctica actual en comparaci\u00f3n con sus valores declarados, y para crear una visi\u00f3n compartida de prioridades sin encuestas largas. Proporciona un proceso simple y replicable que se puede realizar en una sola reuni\u00f3n y repetir con el tiempo para seguir el cambio. El movimiento permacultural m\u00e1s amplio puede adoptar y adaptar la versi\u00f3n editable para cursos, grupos locales, centros de ense\u00f1anza y redes, utiliz\u00e1ndola para sacar a la luz puntos ciegos, apoyar conversaciones dif\u00edciles sobre equidad y poder, y guiar la selecci\u00f3n de intervenciones concretas de la Gu\u00eda de Acci\u00f3n de manera transparente y participativa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
