Il a d\u00e9but\u00e9 lors de l'IPC 2011 en Jordanie par des discussions avec Scott Pittman et d'autres, sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de s'organiser en tant que mouvement mondial. Lors de l'IPC 2013 \u00e0 Cuba, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 question de commencer \u00e0 s'organiser. Une petite \u00e9quipe s'est form\u00e9e, examinant la conception au niveau du mod\u00e8le sur la fa\u00e7on de s'organiser, et ils ont re\u00e7u un consentement plus large pour qu'un groupe parte et revienne \u00e0 la prochaine convergence avec des plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela a marqu\u00e9 le d\u00e9but de la phase suivante, appel\u00e9e \"The Next Big Step\" (pour permaculture). Lors de l'IPCUK qui s'est tenu \u00e0 Londres en 2015, des ateliers ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats de l'enqu\u00eate, de l'atelier en ligne et des r\u00e9unions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. En 2016, sur la base des informations fournies par l'IPCUK et les enqu\u00eates, le financement suivant a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenu : 60 000 GBP pour lancer le CoLab, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place fin 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de l'IPC13 en Inde en 2017, il y a eu plus d'ateliers. Des stewards ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place, et le CoLab a \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9 comme un espace en ligne pour travailler entre les convergences, en travaillant ensemble pour am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9seaux locaux \u00e0 mondiaux (en ligne) et rendre compte lors des convergences et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements r\u00e9gionaux. En 2018, le financement a \u00e9t\u00e9 prolong\u00e9 et un programme d'action a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 pour les trois prochaines ann\u00e9es. Un financement suppl\u00e9mentaire de 150 000 GBP a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De 2020 \u00e0 fin 2022, le CoLab a utilis\u00e9 ce financement pour lancer le projet&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/perma.earth\/fr\/capacityplus\/\">CapacityPlus<\/a>&nbsp;Le projet CoLab est en cours d'\u00e9laboration. Cela a impliqu\u00e9 l'incubation de cercles de travail et d'initiatives, le soutien \u00e0 l'apprentissage en ligne et \u00e0 la formation, le d\u00e9veloppement d'une suite d'outils \u00e9thiques et l'organisation d'\u00e9v\u00e9nements qui ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable du CoLab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Projet Next Steps - <\/strong>En 2023, le CoLab a lanc\u00e9 le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/opencollective.com\/next-steps\">Prochaines \u00e9tapes<\/a>&nbsp;projet. Un financement d'un montant total de 360 000 livres sterling a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenu pour ce projet au cours des trois prochaines ann\u00e9es. Le projet Next Steps soutient des objectifs vastes et vari\u00e9s. It started at the IPC 2011 in Jordan with discussions with Scott Pittman and others, as to whether we needed to organize as a global movement. At IPC 2013 in Cuba, there was a discussion that we should start to organize. A small team formed, looking at pattern-level design on how to go about organizing, and they received wider consent for a group to go away and come back at the next convergence with some plans.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>That marked the beginning of the next phase, called The Next Big Step (for permaculture). They created a multi-lingual survey, and had over 200 responses from organizations, and many hundreds from individuals. The initiative was supported by a fund of 47,000 GBP. There were online discussions, identifying patterns and frameworks that would be useful as a way to organize globally, which were then brought together by a facilitation team and workshops. At IPCUK held in London in 2015, there were workshops which presented the findings of the survey and online workshop and previous meetings. In 2016, using info from the IPCUK and surveys, the next funding was secured; 60,000 GBP to start the CoLab, which was subsequently initiated in late 2016.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>IPC13 in India in 2017, there were more workshops. Stewards were brought into place, and the CoLab formed as an online space to work in between convergences, working together to enhance local to global networks (online) and report back at convergences and regional events. In 2018 funding was extended, and a program of action was put together for the next 3 years. An additional 150,000 GBP of funding was secured from that.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>From 2020 until the end of 2022 the CoLab used this funding to initiate the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/perma.earth\/capacityplus\/\">CapacityPlus<\/a>&nbsp;project. This involved the incubation of working Circles and initatives, supporting eLearning and training, developing an ethical suite of tools, and holding events that supported the fulfilment of the VMAs of CoLab.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Next Steps Project - <\/strong>In 2023 the CoLab launched the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/opencollective.com\/next-steps\">Next Steps<\/a>\u00a0project. Funding of a grand total of \u00a3360,000 was secured for this project over the next 3 years.\u00a0The Next Steps project is supporting wide and diverse aims. This includes research and development into practical solutions for major environmental challenges, a global permaculture movement map, communications and engagement activities, governance research, and more.
