Il fournit un maximum d'un million d'euros par projet aux ONG, aux organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif, aux gouvernements locaux et aux \u00e9tablissements d'enseignement situ\u00e9s dans les \u00c9tats membres de l'UE qui travaillent dans les domaines suivants : la politique climatique, l'\u00e9nergie, les b\u00e2timents et les municipalit\u00e9s, la mobilit\u00e9, l'agriculture, les sols et la sylviculture, la sensibilisation, la finance align\u00e9e sur le climat et l'\u00e9conomie durable. Les candidats d'Europe centrale, orientale et m\u00e9ridionale en particulier sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 soumettre des propositions de projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
