Allocation de diversit\u00e9 \/ Coordinateurs de subventions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L'International Permaculture CoLab cherche activement \u00e0 nommer au moins 2 personnes pour l'\u00e9quipe Diversity Stipend au sein de l'\u00e9quipe de l'International Permaculture CoLab. <a href=\"https:\/\/opencollective.com\/next-steps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Projet Next Steps<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9quipe charg\u00e9e de l'allocation pour la diversit\u00e9 sera compos\u00e9e de personnes qui, dans l'id\u00e9al, sont elles-m\u00eames \u00e9ligibles \u00e0 une allocation pour la diversit\u00e9 et qui sont int\u00e9ress\u00e9es et motiv\u00e9es pour soutenir des projets et des personnes dans ce domaine de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pr\u00e9voyons que ce poste sera r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 sur une base horaire et sur une base d'anciennet\u00e9. <a href=\"https:\/\/perma.earth\/fr\/guide-des-salaires-equitables-2\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"3679\">taux de salaire \u00e9quitable<\/a> et n\u00e9cessitera 15 \u00e0 20 heures de travail au cours des prochains mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les postes seront actifs jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le pot communautaire pour la diversit\u00e9 soit \u00e9puis\u00e9 et seront rouverts au d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e du projet, puis en f\u00e9vrier de la deuxi\u00e8me et de la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e respectivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f4le et responsabilit\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Soutenir les groupes et les individus dans leur demande de subvention ou d'allocation en faveur de la diversit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Examiner les demandes pour s'assurer qu'elles sont compl\u00e8tes d\u00e8s leur soumission dans un d\u00e9lai de 48 heures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire suivre les parties publiques des applications dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/pccolab.slack.com\/archives\/C04L8Q5EB26\">#projet de prochaines \u00e9tapes<\/a> canal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alerter le demandeur de toute question ou objection clarifi\u00e9e en suspens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettre en relation les candidats \/ contributeurs retenus avec le gestionnaire de projet pour la mise en place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rapport \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 en&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/pccolab.slack.com\/archives\/C04L8Q5EB26\">#projet de prochaines \u00e9tapes<\/a>&nbsp;les questions qui se posent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fournir et transmettre un retour d'information sur ce processus afin de l'am\u00e9liorer&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S'engager \u00e0 ne pas divulguer les parties priv\u00e9es des candidatures soumises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fait d'avoir deux personnes dans cette \u00e9quipe permet d'acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le processus, de se consulter au cas o\u00f9 quelque chose ne serait pas clair et de s'assurer que les cong\u00e9s et les maladies sont couverts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le chef de projet sera disponible pour fournir un soutien et une formation d'initiation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Auto-\u00e9valuation de l'\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'allocation pour la diversit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous souhaitons lancer une invitation aux personnes qui, en principe, aimeraient travailler \u00e0 nos c\u00f4t\u00e9s mais qui, dans la pratique, se sont heurt\u00e9es \u00e0 des obstacles syst\u00e9miques pour l'une ou plusieurs des raisons \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9es ci-dessous :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>vous \u00eates un citoyen de l'h\u00e9misph\u00e8re sud&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sont victimes de discriminations structurelles (racisme, capacitisme, classisme, \u00e2gisme, sexisme, transphobie, homophobie, etc.)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sont seuls \u00e0 s'occuper d'enfants et\/ou d'autres personnes \u00e0 charge et disposent de ressources financi\u00e8res limit\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vivent d'un salaire \u00e0 l'autre ou sont en situation d'ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vivent sous le seuil de pauvret\u00e9 dans le pays de r\u00e9sidence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>avoir des dettes importantes sans avoir de revenus r\u00e9guliers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recevoir une aide publique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vous \u00eates une personne \u00e2g\u00e9e disposant d'un soutien financier et d'une \u00e9pargne limit\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si vous \u00eates int\u00e9ress\u00e9, veuillez nous contacter \u00e0 l'adresse suivante <a href=\"mailto:colab@permaculture.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">colab@permaculture.org.uk<\/a> <\/h5>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The International Permaculture CoLab is actively looking to appoint at least 2 people for the Diversity Stipend Team within the Next Steps Project.
