Le coordinateur travaillera aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du gestionnaire de projet de Next Steps (qui est r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 sur sa ligne budg\u00e9taire).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pr\u00e9voyons que ce poste sera r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 sur une base horaire \u00e0 un taux de salaire \u00e9quitable et qu'il n\u00e9cessitera 15 \u00e0 20 heures de travail au cours de l'ann\u00e9e 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les postes seront actifs jusqu'\u00e0 l'\u00e9puisement du pot communautaire pour la diversit\u00e9 et seront rouverts au d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e du projet en f\u00e9vrier prochain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f4le et responsabilit\u00e9s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Soutenir les groupes et les individus dans leur demande de subvention ou d'allocation en faveur de la diversit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Examiner les demandes pour s'assurer qu'elles sont compl\u00e8tes d\u00e8s leur soumission dans un d\u00e9lai de 48 heures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transmettre les demandes dans le canal #next-steps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alerter le demandeur de toute question ou objection clarifi\u00e9e en suspens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettre en relation les candidats \/ contributeurs retenus avec le gestionnaire de projet pour la mise en place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rapport \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 en <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pccolab.slack.com\/archives\/C04L8Q5EB26\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">#projet de prochaines \u00e9tapes<\/a> les questions qui se posent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fournir et transmettre un retour d'information sur ce processus afin de l'am\u00e9liorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S'engager \u00e0 ne pas divulguer de d\u00e9tails sur les circonstances personnelles que les candidats pourraient partager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le responsable du projet Next Steps sera \u00e0 votre disposition pour vous fournir une formation initiale et un soutien continu.<br>.................................................<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/cloud.perma.earth\/s\/aTaf96fnE22pbsG\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lire l'int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de la politique des pots de la communaut\u00e9 de la diversit\u00e9 et de la d\u00e9colonisation ici.<\/a><\/em><\/strong><br><strong><em>Vous devez <\/em><\/strong><strong><em><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/perma.earth\/fr\/parcours-daccueil\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">devenir membre de colab<\/a><\/em><\/strong><strong><em> si vous ne l'\u00eates pas d\u00e9j\u00e0<\/em><\/strong><br><strong><em>Les candidatures sont ouvertes du 10 f\u00e9vrier au 17 f\u00e9vrier.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The CoLab is recruiting: A Diversity &amp; Decolonization Community Pot Coordinator\u00a0 The Diversity Coordination team will be comprised of at least 1 person (coordinator) who are themselves eligible for a diversity stipend and have interest and motivation to support projects and individuals in this theme of work.
