La personne id\u00e9ale pour ce r\u00f4le serait quelqu'un qui a droit \u00e0 une allocation et qui conna\u00eet d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien l'\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me du CoLab. Il s'agit d'une personne qui a l'esprit d'initiative, qui comprend la politique et qui est capable de l'expliquer aux autres. Elle doit \u00eatre capable d'inviter les gens \u00e0 poser leur candidature dans le d\u00e9lai limit\u00e9 qui reste pour cette ann\u00e9e et de rester en communication avec les candidats et les candidats potentiels tout au long de leur parcours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cette fonction n\u00e9cessite une collaboration et une coordination entre les cercles et les groupes de travail afin d'identifier les possibilit\u00e9s d'encourager les demandes de subventions ou d'allocations, avec l'aide du gestionnaire de projet qui assurera l'int\u00e9gration et la formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dans le cadre de ce r\u00f4le, vous devrez respecter les d\u00e9lais fix\u00e9s par la politique du pot communautaire de la diversit\u00e9 et de la d\u00e9colonisation - \u00eatre un membre actif de Slack dans l'espace CoLab serait utile et avantageux pour aider la personne retenue dans ce r\u00f4le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nous pr\u00e9voyons que ce poste sera r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 sur une base horaire \u00e0 un taux de salaire \u00e9quitable et qu'il n\u00e9cessitera 15 \u00e0 20 heures de travail au cours de l'ann\u00e9e 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le poste sera actif jusqu'\u00e0 l'\u00e9puisement du pot communautaire pour la diversit\u00e9 et sera rouvert au d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e du projet en f\u00e9vrier prochain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le responsable du projet Next Steps sera \u00e0 votre disposition pour vous fournir une formation initiale et un soutien continu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
