Peut-\u00eatre que l'un d'entre eux pourrait diriger et l'autre soutenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9quipe des coordinateurs du festival sera compos\u00e9e de personnes qui sont des facilitateurs comp\u00e9tents et qui ont de l'exp\u00e9rience dans la coordination au sein d'un syst\u00e8me auto-organis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pr\u00e9voyons que ce poste sera r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 sur une base horaire et sur une base d'anciennet\u00e9. <a href=\"https:\/\/perma.earth\/fr\/guide-des-salaires-equitables-2\/\">taux de salaire \u00e9quitable<\/a> et n\u00e9cessitera environ 20 heures de travail au cours des prochains mois, de la mi-f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 la mi-octobre. Le budget total maximum pour les deux r\u00f4les est de 1000 GBP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les postes seront actifs jusqu'\u00e0 la fin du Festival Emergent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00f4le et responsabilit\u00e9s :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assurer le bon d\u00e9roulement du festival dans le respect des d\u00e9lais et du budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9rer les t\u00e2ches administratives sur CoBudget \/ Slack - une formation sera dispens\u00e9e \u00e0 cet effet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9rer les communications et aider les Rockstars et Ravers du festival \u00e0 participer activement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organiser des \u00e9v\u00e9nements amusants dans le cadre du festival dans les d\u00e9lais impartis - voir calendrier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retour d'information sur l'organisation du festival en vue d'am\u00e9liorations futures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compl\u00e9ter les rapports de suivi trimestriels et de fin de projet comme pour les autres projets Next Steps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utiliser Leantime pour suivre les t\u00e2ches et les heures travaill\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fait d'avoir deux personnes dans cette \u00e9quipe permet de co-concevoir des \u00e9v\u00e9nements et de r\u00e9partir les t\u00e2ches entre les membres de l'\u00e9quipe en fonction des besoins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le chef de projet sera pr\u00e9sent pour fournir un soutien et une formation d'initiation.
