{"id":8868,"date":"2026-03-17T21:13:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-17T21:13:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/perma.earth\/?p=8868"},"modified":"2026-03-17T21:13:02","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T21:13:02","slug":"recruiting-emergent-festival-coodinators","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/perma.earth\/fr\/recruiting-emergent-festival-coodinators\/","title":{"rendered":"Recrutement \u2013 Coordinateurs du Festival \u00c9mergent"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le International Permaculture CoLab cherche activement \u00e0 nommer 2 personnes pour le Festival Emergent au sein de l'Institut de recherche sur la permaculture. <a href=\"https:\/\/opencollective.com\/grow-project\">Projet GROW.<\/a> Peut-\u00eatre que l'un pourrait diriger et que le second pourrait soutenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9quipe des coordinateurs du festival sera compos\u00e9e de personnes qui sont des facilitateurs comp\u00e9tents et qui ont de l'exp\u00e9rience dans la coordination au sein d'un syst\u00e8me auto-organis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pr\u00e9voyons que ce poste sera r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 sur une base horaire et sur une base d'anciennet\u00e9. <a href=\"https:\/\/perma.earth\/fr\/guide-des-salaires-equitables-2\/\">taux de salaire \u00e9quitable<\/a> et n\u00e9cessitera environ 20 heures de travail sur les prochains mois, de mi-mars \u00e0 fin octobre. Avec un budget total maximum de 1000 GBP pour les deux postes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les postes seront actifs jusqu'\u00e0 la fin du Festival Emergent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/community.perma.earth\/t\/recruiting-emergent-festival-coordinators\/1533#p-4842-role-responsibilities-1\"><\/a>R\u00f4le et responsabilit\u00e9s :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assurer le bon d\u00e9roulement du festival dans le respect des d\u00e9lais et du budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9rer les t\u00e2ches administratives sur CoBudget \/ Espace Communautaire \u2013 une formation sera dispens\u00e9e pour cela<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9rer les communications et aider les Rockstars et Ravers du festival \u00e0 participer activement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organiser des \u00e9v\u00e9nements amusants dans le cadre du festival dans les d\u00e9lais impartis - voir calendrier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retour d'information sur l'organisation du festival en vue d'am\u00e9liorations futures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compl\u00e9ter les rapports de suivi trimestriels et de fin de projet comme pour les autres projets Next Steps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utiliser Leantime pour suivre les t\u00e2ches et les heures travaill\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fait d'avoir deux personnes dans cette \u00e9quipe permet de co-concevoir des \u00e9v\u00e9nements et de r\u00e9partir les t\u00e2ches entre les membres de l'\u00e9quipe en fonction des besoins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9quipe administrative de GROW sera pr\u00e9sente pour assurer le soutien et la formation d'int\u00e9gration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les candidatures pour ce poste peuvent \u00eatre soumises ci-dessous, dites-nous pourquoi vous souhaitez vous impliquer, votre capacit\u00e9 ainsi que votre exp\u00e9rience en animation de groupe et en organisation d'\u00e9v\u00e9nements, ainsi qu'en travail avec Co-Budget et Leantime. <a href=\"https:\/\/community.perma.earth\/t\/about-the-emergent-festival\/316\">Vous devez \u00eatre en mesure de respecter toutes les dates et tous les d\u00e9lais des \u00e9v\u00e9nements \u00e9mergents du festival indiqu\u00e9s dans le calendrier, alors tenez-en compte avant de soumettre votre candidature.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites votre application <a href=\"https:\/\/community.perma.earth\/t\/recruiting-emergent-festival-coordinators\/1533\">ici<\/a> entre <strong>Le 18 mars<\/strong> <strong>\u2013 25e<\/strong>.
