L\u201c\u201d Auto-\u00e9valuation des Dimensions de l'Inclusivit\u00e9 APIC \u201c est un outil d'\u00e9valuation visuel d'une page produit par l'\u00e9quipe Applied Permaculture in Communities. Il pr\u00e9sente un diagramme radar \u00e0 huit dimensions (Repr\u00e9sentation, \u00c9quit\u00e9, Participation, Pouvoir, S\u00e9curit\u00e9, Communication, Apprentissage, Responsabilit\u00e9) o\u00f9 les groupes \u00e9valuent \u00e0 la fois leur \u201d Id\u00e9al\/Valeurs \u201c et leur \u201d R\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00bb sur une \u00e9chelle de 0 \u00e0 10. Les \u00e9quipes et partenaires de CoLab peuvent utiliser cet outil au d\u00e9but des projets, lors des revues, ou lors de retraites, pour cartographier rapidement \u00e0 quel point leur pratique actuelle est per\u00e7ue comme inclusive par rapport \u00e0 leurs valeurs d\u00e9clar\u00e9es, et pour cr\u00e9er une vision partag\u00e9e des priorit\u00e9s sans longs sondages. Il offre un processus simple et reproductible qui peut \u00eatre men\u00e9 lors d'une seule r\u00e9union et r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 dans le temps pour suivre l'\u00e9volution. Le mouvement permaculturel dans son ensemble peut adopter et adapter la version modifiable pour les cours, les groupes locaux, les centres d'enseignement et les r\u00e9seaux, en l'utilisant pour identifier les angles morts, soutenir les conversations difficiles sur l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 et le pouvoir, et guider la s\u00e9lection d'interventions concr\u00e8tes du Guide d'Action de mani\u00e8re transparente et participative.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
