Le document explique qui a acc\u00e8s et pourquoi, comment obtenir l'acc\u00e8s si n\u00e9cessaire et comment traiter et classer les e-mails re\u00e7us dans la bo\u00eete de r\u00e9ception. Il contient \u00e9galement un certain nombre de mod\u00e8les de r\u00e9ponses pour aider la personne qui g\u00e8re la bo\u00eete de r\u00e9ception.<\/p>\n
