Seeing the world differently: Introduction to Permaculture 10 hour online course
Many of us are living through a time of deep uncertainty. Climate emergency, political instability, economic pressure, and a growing sense that the systems we rely on are no longer serving life. Alongside this, I hear a persistent yearning for change. Not just surface change, but a deeper shift in how we live, work, and relate to the world around us.
Permaculture offers a possible response.
It is often misunderstood as being only about gardening, but at its heart permaculture is a way of seeing the world differently. It offers tools and principles for designing our activities, our surroundings, and our relationships in ways that reconnect us to nature and to each other. It helps us understand systems, patterns, limits, and possibilities, and invites us back into a sense of belonging within the living world.
I will be running an Introduction à la permaculture course designed for people who are curious, questioning, and looking for frameworks that make sense of the challenges of our time.
This course is certified and peer reviewed by the International Permaculture CoLab.
The course includes:
• Three live sessions of two hours each
• Four hours of guided reflection and student work
• An introduction to permaculture ethics, principles, social permaculture, and a practical design framework
This course is not about having all the answers. It is about developing a shared language and perspective that can support meaningful action, collaboration, and change.
May 23, May 30 and June 6, 2026 – 09:00 – 11:00 CET
Course fee: 80 GBP
If you are feeling the pull to understand the world differently, to design with care rather than urgency, and to explore ways of being that align with the changes we so clearly need, you are very welcome to join.
