El CoLab Internacional de Permacultura busca activamente a 2 personas para el Festival Emergente dentro del Próximos Pasos del Proyecto. Quizás uno podría liderar y el segundo apoyar.
El equipo de coordinadores del festival estará formado por personas que sean facilitadores cualificados con experiencia en la coordinación dentro de un sistema autoorganizado.
Anticipamos que este puesto será remunerado por hora en un salario equitativo and will require around 20 hours of time over the next few months. With a total maximum budget for both roles of 1000 GBP.
The positions will be active until the Emergent Festival is finished and will be reopened at the start of the project year again next February for the third (and final) year .
Funciones y responsabilidades:
- Mantener el festival en marcha sin contratiempos, a tiempo y sin salirse del presupuesto
- Gestionar las tareas administrativas en CoBudget / Slack - se proporcionará formación para ello
- Gestionar las comunicaciones y ayudar a los Rockstars y Ravers del Festival a participar activamente
- Organizar actos festivos divertidos dentro de los plazos previstos (véase el calendario).
- Comentarios sobre la organización del festival para futuras mejoras
- Realización de informes de seguimiento trimestrales y al final del proyecto, como en otros proyectos de Next Steps.
Contar con dos personas en este equipo permite co-diseñar eventos y asignar tareas entre la tripulación según sea necesario.
