Description
This Introduction to Permaculture course is designed to give students a foundational understanding of Permaculture as a philosophy, design framework and ethical way of life.
This course was designed to be taken as part of a cohort with a trained facilitator.
This course is certified and peer reviewed by the International Permaculture CoLab.
The course includes materials for:
• Three live sessions of two hours each
• Four hours of guided reflection and student work
• An introduction to permaculture ethics, principles, social permaculture, and a practical design framework
This course is not about having all the answers. It is about developing a shared language and perspective that can support meaningful action, collaboration, and change.
The course materials can be adapted and used within the Creative Commons Licence Attribution and Share-Alive 4.0.
