Welcoming and induction in the community using different modes of engagements (eg one to one, on-boarding, events etc)

Expected Outcomes

Online community (currently Slack but will change) runs smoothly.

New members are more engaged from the outset.

Orientation and initiation into CoLab culture, working practices and norms.
