Start up Journey Bingo – COSI Worksheet

Description

This is Startup Journey Bingo. A fun and quick way for each team to see where they are on the journey right now, and to surface what you’ve already done without having to explain your the enterprise in one go.

Here’s how it works: You’ve got a bingo grid with statements like “we talked to customers” or “we’ve run a pilot” or “we’ve had a sales conversation.” The bingo caller will read them out and if you have it tell a quick story about it you buzz in by raising your hand, the first one to raise their hand gets to share a story about it.

If you don’t know whether your team has done something about it this is a cue to add this bingo card to your next team meeting for discussion.

This exercise will also help highlight which teams have good experiences and models they can share with other teams.
