GROW Policy Feedback Form

Description

This document is a template that can be adapted and used by community projects, associations, organisations and networks to collect feedback for their policies and other template or mandatory documents important to support the work.

This work was funded by the International Permaculture CoLab through the GROW Project.

We have a created a short survey for people who are downloading our resources. If you have a couple of minutes we would greatly appreciate your help in filling it out. This will help to improve the quality of our resources and understanding of how they are being used.
